WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST VISIT

Step One
Submit some brief paperwork about yourself, and then consult with Dr. Jeff or Dr. Chelsea to help formulate a plan for your care.

Step two
Dr. Jeff or Dr. Chelsea will give you an initial examination, which may include an x-ray.  We want to make sure your care is planned out to quickly and efficiently align your life into optimal health.

Step One
Let’s start your tailored treatment.  Most situations receive same-day treatment to start your road to a healthy life. Our priority is achieving your health and well-being and it takes a team effort.  We will provide instructions, exercises, and/or stretches you can do in the comfort of your home to accelerate your care.

Step two
Our front office staff will help you schedule your next appointment with us and close out your initial visit.  We’re so glad you’ve chosen Thrive Chiropractic for your care.  We truly believe there are many roads down the path to wellness. We’ll help find the one that is best for you.
